Do I need an account?
No. Your colony is saved on your device. Signing in with Google is optional and only used for cloud backup (ages 13 and over).
Are there paid random items?
No. Nothing in the shop is random: cards bought with Royal Jelly are named or chosen from offers you see before paying, and chests only come free from playing.
Can I move my colony to another device?
Yes. Use a transfer code or QR code from Settings, or turn on cloud save. If two saves disagree, the game always asks which to keep.
Why did my production drop?
Usually because Food ran out (see Starvation), or because the workers are spread across more buildings than they can staff.
How do I report a bug or a mistake in the Codex?
Open Settings, then Help and support, and send a ticket. Codex pages also have a link at the bottom.
