Once the colony reaches the Atomic Age, it can take a Nuptial Flight: a new queen flies off to found a new colony on a new map. Cards, the Codex, Royal Jelly and purchases carry over, and the flight earns Lineage points for a tree of permanent bonuses. The further the colony got, the more points a flight earns; the Great Leap at the end of the Singularity is a full run.
